We work by providing maximum prices for agreed work, and these are provided in writing. Where possible we hope to be able to better these figures come the end of the project/work. This offers you piece of mind and enables you to budget.

Any additional element will be subject to a further written maximum figure, and agreed before the work is progressed.

We are a small and growing business, it may be necessary to ask for payment of some materials at the point of delivery or up to one third of the total job price once work begins. This obviously depends on the size of the project and will be agreed with you in advance. This helps us keep the costs of the project down, and enables us to obtain very competitive prices with our suppliers, which can be passed on to you.

Invoices are tendered at the end of the project/work when you are satisfied, and we request payment within 14 days.

We do not accept payment by credit or debit cards but are investigating the provision of this service if customers require it.

On maintenance type work minimum terms apply. The minimum term is half a day, and prices will be quoted for depending on the work and equipment to be used.
